Experience
Yung has 10+ years of experience working as a physiotherapist at the Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic at the University of Alberta prior to the clinic’s closure date. At the clinic, she worked in multidisciplinary clinics including shoulder/hand/wrist surgical clinics, acute knee injury clinics (AKIC), and performing arts clinics, alongside orthopaedic surgeons and sport & exercise medicine physicians.
She completed her Sport Physiotherapist Diploma designation in 2022 and worked with Team Canada Women’s Sitting Volleyball as the Lead Sport Physiotherapist and Para Medical Coordinator from 2017-2024. She worked as a Team Canada Physiotherapist for Volleyball Canada, through Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Interests:
Yung loves to stay active by working out in a gym, swimming, rock climbing either bouldering or leading, salsa/latin dancing, downhill skiing or backcountry skiing. She has played the piano and achieved RCM Grade 9, the Chinese zither, and dabbled in grade school with the cello.
